The reason you're being redirected is because Safari is no longer developed for Windows. If you need a browser, you should download Firefox. Don't go to the Internet Archive and try and find a version of the site that will provide you with a link. As Safari is no longer being developed, it is a massive security hazard. Just don't bother.

The page http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1531 doesn't exist anymore but an archive is present on https://web.archive.org/web/20150117061221/http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1531.(multilingual on the right, functional)

The direct download works, anyway.
